Engineers

As a complete solution provider one of the most important aspects of the service we provide is our total engineering and technical cover. All of our engineers are fully qualified and factory trained. They have expertise in refrigeration, vacuum and temperature control systems.

Project Management

From the start of a contract our project managers and regulation specialists ensure all of the freeze dryer systems we install comply exactly with the clients URS and are delivered on time and on budget.

Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Tests

We undertake full Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Tests together with our customers to ensure full regulatory and URS compliance. We ensure that one of our installation engineers always accompanies our customers to both tests, ensuring a smooth transition from manufacture to installation.

Installation and Commissioning

With many years experience in the transportation, on-site delivery and installation of all types of freeze dryer we are happy to provide a complete service including service connections and full on-site commissioning and SAT.

Training

Full user training will be undertaken during the FAT where there are numerous experts on hand to answer all aspects of operation, maintenance and application. You will receive further training and application advice if required immediately after commissioning of the plant.

On-going training is readily available from our technical specialists within the UK and Ireland and we run regular training courses both here and at our German manufacturing base.

Warranty

All of our freeze dryer systems come complete with a full 2 year on-site warranty covered by our own factory trained engineers.

Maintenance, Repair and Calibration

Our service team can provide both planned maintenance together with a rapid response emergency repair cover.

In addition a full vacuum and temperature calibration service can be provided using equipment traceable to national standards.
